PERSON PHYSIOTHERAPY
As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I am qualified to treat a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:
- Acute or long term injuries, aches and pains: Such as lower back pain, neck pain, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow.
- Post-operative rehabilitation: Such as ACL reconstruction, meniscal repairs, joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs, all of which are welcome pre or post operatively.
- Sport-specific rehabilitation: Such as marathon runner maintenance programmes, horse and rider biomechanics and muscle isolation strength and conditioning rehabilitation.

What to expect from your session…
Initial Assessment (1 hour):
Set up of equipment in a suitable treatment area of your choice.
A detailed discussion to talk about the history of your presenting condition and to ensure that your medical history and medication has not changed as per the referral form.
Discussion about goals and expectations during the course of your treatment.
Whole body assessment. This may include assessment of gait, limb movement and hands on assessment to understand how your body is functioning.
Treatment, which may involve exercise based rehab, hands on treatment or electrotherapy as deemed necessary by your physiotherapist.
Discussion about plan for the future, healing timescales and requirement for further follow up if needed.
Follow Up Assessment (1 hour):
Set up of equipment in a suitable treatment area of your choice.
Discussion about changes to symptoms, lifestyle or function since previous session.
Whole body assessment. This may include assessment of gait, limb movement and hands on assessment.
Treatment, which may involve exercise based rehab, hands on treatment or electrotherapy as deemed necessary by your physiotherapist.
Discussion about plan and requirement for further follow up if needed.
